How to select the perfect mattress?
When selecting the perfect mattress it is important to consider several things before making the important purchase. For those who prefer to sleep on their sides (recommended) we would encourage a mattress with a softer layer at the top to reduce the impact on your arms. To alleviate back-pain, we would recommend opting for a firmer mattress in order to offer you greater back support.
