Our current time frame from placing the order to delivery is approx 2-4 weeks to most areas. Whilst our team is working hard to meet this time frame, we can’t guarantee this. With any unexpected delays we will surely update you and notify you of the change. For surcharge areas there will be additional delays that will be mentioned when placing the order.
All our purchases include 1 free delivery attempt (excluding surcharge areas). If you have agreed on the delivery date with the couriers and you miss the delivery you will be charged at least £50.00 to cover the cost of the next delivery attempt. All delivery times provided by the couriers are estimates so it is important to ensure you are available outside these times too.
Our Delivery Process
Once the bed has been manufactured we will notify the couriers of this and they will be in touch to arrange delivery. The couriers will notify you at least 24-48 hours prior to delivery via Email/Text. In your communication with the couriers you are able to accept or reject the delivery date. If the date is rejected it can take up to 7 working days for re-delivery, for surcharge areas there will be additional delays.
Defects with Delivered Items
99% of the time the bed will arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate situation where a product has arrived damaged or the packaging is ripped, it is important to accept the delivery but to write “DAMAGED” on the couriers delivery note. Please email us to let us know about the damage and a replacement part will be put into production and dispatched with priority. Other damages that are not initially seen should be declared to us within 5 days of receiving the delivery.

Unable to deliver to these locations
All our furniture is made to order to your specifications. We do not keep items in stock and we only begin manufacturing once we receive your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns on our made-to-order furniture. By placing an order on our website you agree to our Terms of Sale and Returns.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture that has been purchased will fit into your home. It is vital to ensure you have measured where the furniture will be placed and consider the access to arrive into the room of delivery. For any concerns please email us so we can help with your query.
Please report any damages to your product within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will thereafter arrange replacement parts to be manufactured and delivered. We may request photos of the areas of damage in order to offer you a suitable course of action.
Mattresses cannot be returned to us for hygiene reasons if they have been removed from the original packaging.
