Yes we offer a worry-free 1 Year Manufacturer’s warranty with all our items.

We try our best to ensure no large variance in the fabric swatch you have ordered and the material of your selected bed. As we use such a large amount of fabric daily, slight variations from batch to batch is quite normal and adds to the uniqueness of your bed.

We generally aim to manufacture and dispatch all our orders within 2-4 weeks from placing the order. These time-scales can however change and the most accurate delivery time will be suggested at the checkout.

All orders are to be placed online directly on our website. This ensures a smooth buying and selling experience for us equally.

Yes, the couriers will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to notify you of the date of delivery. If you are unable to accept delivery for any reason you can reply “NO” to the couriers at this point.

The siderails of the bed will have 2 arms attached with gas filled pistons. The gas pistons will ease the lift of the mattress with minimal effort much like a car boot (without the sudden lift). Over time the bed gets easier to lift.

Don’t worry we have all been there! The pistons that we use for the beds are weight-activated. This means a mattress is to be placed on top of the ottoman slat frame before it can be compressed.

Yes all our beds including the ottoman beds are fairly easy to put together. We provide instructions will all our beds to guide you step-by-step.
